Makin' bacon
About a month ago now, we finally culminated our goal of curing and smoking our own bacon. You can Find out more about how we did it by visiting Alton Brown's (Host of "Good Eats" on Food Network) instructions at the Good Eats Fanpage. Again here are some pictures:

The finished product
We made ~14 lbs of bacon total, in 4 different flavors (Scrap Iron Chef's Bacon - molasses and black pepper, Spicy Red Pepper, Honey Soy, and Honey Mustard) which you can find the recipies for at the Good Eats Fanpage, or Food.com.
